Your Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at Easyweb, you will be the cornerstone of the success of our web and mobile projects. You will be responsible for:

• Project Management from A to Z: From the design phase and definition of customer requirements to final delivery and post-launch follow-up.
• Customer Relations: Being the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their objectives and constraints, and ensuring smooth and transparent communication throughout the project.
• Planning and Organization: Develop detailed schedules, define the necessary resources, and monitor tasks and deadlines.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with our development (web and mobile), design (UX/UI), and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
• Risk and Contingency Management: Identify potential obstacles, propose proactive solutions, and effectively manage contingencies.
• Budget monitoring: Ensuring compliance with the budget allocated to each project.
• Reporting: Prepare and present clear and concise progress reports to clients and management.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in improving our project management processes and be proactive in optimizing our efficiency.

Your Profile:

• You have significant experience (minimum 3 years) in web and/or mobile project management in an agency or at an advertiser.
• You have an excellent understanding of web project and application development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall methodologies, etc.).
• You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
• You are known for your excellent communication skills (written and oral), your organizational skills, your thoroughness, and your ability to manage priorities.
• You are customer-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.
• A keen interest in web and mobile technologies and digital trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is appreciated.
